So, we will have a rapid recovery due to the suppression of markets releasing (that's what lock down is, a suppression not a decline) and the inflation will push things to appear as all-new heights (this is where politician fill-in-the-blank will take credit for things being "better than ever" because the DOW tells him so)There ya go, my 3 cents worth.

I highly recommend regularly attending local real estate investing meetups in your area/area you want to invest in as well as sending direct messages to other local investors on bp and social media in that target market as well and tell them what you are looking to do and ask to hear their story :).

@Jennie Mcgaughey Being on a busy/noisy street is a turn off for some buyers and renters, others won't care.With a gross over generalization, a 3/2 is probably a good target for a young family with a couple of kids (be sure you DON'T advertise it that way or you'll run into a Fair Housing buzz saw!).
