Arlington has an Improv Comedy venue, Six Flags, Texas Rangers, AT&T stadium (home of the Cowboys), a Dave & Busters and lots of beautiful communities/neighborhoods. 

They wanted a non-refundable option fee of $2K.Could I work with them to find a Tenant/Buyer, ask the T/B for a $4K option fee in order to profit $2K from this deal?

Wednesday @ 6 would be my best chance of making it, but I can't commit totally yet.

So now that I've moved clear across the country from the East Coast to the West Coast, I am ready to re-commit.

But a mentor who looks for a commitment of your time and teaches you while you work helping him/her do their investing - is a much better situation than a "guru" who is charging you dollars to learn - without actually working directly with you.
