In addition to my real estate income I work at Sleepys (mattress store) which brings me to about $75,000 per year, but because my job is commission based I need to show 2 years of consistent employment in order for the banks to consider my income which leaves me in a tough spot for a loan.

These can usually spotted because the price is very low compared to other rentals in the area.Apparently enough people fall for this to make it worthwhile for the scammers.

i funded I think 4 deals in Marion we lost money on each and every one of themif your just wholesaling or whatever your doing and just in and out.. should be fine but for long term buy and hold pretty tough spot.. at least it was 7 to 8 years ago when I was active there.
