Need Advice Bigger Pockets Community

Couple of friends and I decided to come together and invest in properties. What are some actions need to take make sure we are on the same page? How do we decide to split profits if get anything ? Should we create LLC? Do we need to see how much of a loan we can get? Tons of questions just need advice.
