This would be if you've reached out to Corporate Housing by Owner, AYA, Vivian, anyone that caters to insurance claims?

Not sure what your company policy is, but maybe reach out to some of your landlords that may be tired or have problem properties and see if they would seller finance one to you. 

Maybe I am misunderstanding or wrong in some way, but I would definitely reach out to your accountant, or a good one in the area as they can get a full overview of your situation and recommend based off what is required in Missouri. 

I'd be using the BRRR strategy to pay back the credit cards.
