It's a good compromise between appreciation and cash flow, but you can't take the city's metrics and apply to every street or neighborhood, it's just not that cut and dry.

This can affect how it dries, how long it will take to dry, and if not right, can actually find the finish peeling once dry.If you hire someone, and they use water base finishes- 3 coats-, they can be done in 2 days if they hustle, 3 if they don't.

It's not the cost of the bulb, but the fact that I had to get the ladder, take down the globe, clean the globe, wait for it to dry and put it back up.Picking up piles of dog poop out of the yard-$5 per pile.

For example I would have bought a shop vac wet and dry with the hepa filter, and then throw away the shop vac afterwards.By the way, always disclose whether it's the law or not.

You get a cert saying it is mold free and you have to disclose that to the new buyers and provide it to them.Radon is a measure of gas found in uranium and rocks in the soil.
