Starting young is the most powerful tool in investing. good for you to begin this early in your life. 

Ok now I know this sounds crazy but I have soured this site to find where old messages are stored. once I read a message from someone it falls out of my notifications and then for the life of me I cannot find where these messages are stored!

Everyone gets old, everyone needs capital due to life events, and everyone has to sell one day.

I want to help you leverage your capital, by allowing you to use mine, to be able to do more deals = more income = living the life you've always wanted SOONER!

Lesson Learned: if it doesn't serve a purpose in your life, let it go early, move forward, and gain ground on purpose.Now, I find myself wanting to get serious and work a wealth-building model that will create wealth through passive income and long term asset growth by solving problems and meeting needs.My high level business model consists of flipping properties (wholesale & rehab) to generate cash down to purchase commercial and MFR properties with reduced financing balances to generate long-term positive cash flows.

Over time, I watched businesses close and move out, the center fall into disrepair, it become virtually abandoned by the out-of-state owner, and finally clinging to life with the faint pulse of a sole business - a modestly successful local gym.

My goal in life is to be financially independent and give back to the community in areas where I've benefit from.

We are looking for a great place where we can raise our daughter and have better quality of life -  my wife's requests :) . 

I was doing pretty well to begin with, but if I can use my marketing experience to pull even one deal like this a week my life is changed.
