One of the tenants had a security deposit that was not on the lease or on the e-stoppel, and the other two tenants claim they pay $500 less in rent (each) than the leases / e-stoppels show.

I didn't see any content for how charges to the security deposit are handled.

Same goes for HELOC loans, secured credit lines, etc.It is very dangerous to be overleveraged so keep that in mind but I also know it is incredibly difficult to start out with no money so you have to either make that down payment (second job, lower expenses, etc.) or over leverage.

Problem is I don’t have cash to secure the property that others might have.
