You can buy an ozone machine for $100 and run it in the space.

It was the only awkward space in the house, removing the wall separating the hallway, pushing the refrigerator into the closet behind, and moving the range off the end has completely transformed the space to being consistent with the rest of the house.  

Plenty of investors in the commercial space as well that their personality is to do everything themselves.

Parking is a big deal - you'll need to provide the required spaces. 

But the property would never do that because of its design and limitations, so in order to make money, I'd have to either create more space/more bedrooms, or wait for the area to improve.

I have these four large windows in my living / loft space.

I am a chiropractor in Omaha as part of my day job and would want to eventually own the space I practice in. 

Furthermore, businesses have an interest in keeping the space well maintained and professional at all time.Therefore, businesses will not trash your office building like people trash your apartments. 

That's what this idea is about, also I don't want to publicly share it as no one is doing it and I'd like to get some feedback about it one on one.
