Hello everyone,

I've been a long time lurker here on Biggerpockets, so hello everyone!

***DISCLAIMER*** I Own & operate a cleaning business. That's what this idea is about, also I don't want to publicly share it as no one is doing it and I'd like to get some feedback about it one on one. This will work really well with larger multifamily, but it can be beneficial at any level. With that out of the way please read on.

This idea is designed to do 3 things:

  1. Increase revenue
  2. Decrease expenses
  3. (Mainly for A/B class properties) Make your building more appealing

I would love to get some feedback from Investors/property managers before I start talking with investors in my area about it.

So if you have a quick minute or two to read a message, either just comment down below and I'll send it to you or just message me and I'll reply back with the idea.

Thanks everyone & I hope it helps someone.

Cheers,

Matt
