If he/she gets promoted or saves up enough cash to pay the remaining balance (this almost NEVER happens by the way) then you make a substantial amount of money because due to serious demand issues, you can sell these homes for much more than they are worth.E.

Most new construction developments I have seen all list their homes with agents/brokers, though a few have their own in house reps such as Ryan and Heartland - though they do pay referrals out to the agents if you stay on top of it.

Please remember, most PM's also pay out referral fees if another agent brought them to the table to rent, that fee is never passed along to the owner.
