I love to see people succeed in this business.  

This would include local resources with other builder connections should you want to consider switching builders, local property managers to assist with leasing of the home, local brokers to assist with selling of the home once completed or that can stop by to check on progress of the build, local insurance providers, lenders, CPAs, RE Attorney's, tax advisors, etc.

This will help you meet lots of different people in the industry who might help you along your journey or at least share their own experiences that you can also learn from. 

@Michael MattinglyRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

Get it advertized and if people want to see the place, give the tenants 24 hours notice and you accompany perspective tenants.
