Hey Guys,

I seem to get a lot of inbox msgs about doing JV deals, how I got my money partners, deal structure etc. As a result I'm writing up a quick blog right now on the topic.

For those of you who've done JVs whats one strong piece of advice to get in the game? (looking for other perspectives)

For those who haven't - What's your one burning questions regarding doing your first JV?

Thanks!

What percentages do you value your expertise (finding the deals and managing the property) at?

Are you both on the mortgage or how do you ensure you get the correct % of ownership?
