It was a pain, but props to them.

LOTS of written communication (I prefer no texts or emails) with the tenant to discover his pain point but have a good lawyer for backup.

I will call the lender tomorrow morning to see about getting a copy of the prelim to check it out.There was a lien on there 8 weeks ago, and AFAIK nothing happened to make it disappear, so we'll see.  

Don't give up if you don't get any bites immediately as many folks come on here and then disappear.

Financing little residential property inside an LLC is a pain.  

I just dont buy that note.I let them know that they have remedies that they can undertake to alleviate their pain AND get the most from their note.
