Hi there! I've thought a lot about RE over the past few months, and have ultimately decided on taking a jab at wholesaling. I am seeking a mentor in the San Antonio area who can help me gain knowledge of how to properly go through the entire process from beginning to end. In exchange for this help, I will offer any two deals that I can find that are worth it (if you of course agree) and am willing to split the earnings. I am also willing to do any other work that may help you with your business (promoting, word of mouth, social media, etc.) I will also be willing to dedicate a couple of weekends to help with any physical work needed such as individuals who are working on fix and flips who need general help moving stuff around, etc.. Any other way I can help I will be willing to in exchange for knowledge on wholesaling from A to Z. Anybody who is willing to take up my offer in the San Antonio area please get into contact, I would love to hear from you and link up as a team. Thank you so very much!

I can tell you for free!!! No strings attached.

Market to potentially distressed homeowners, find out how you can help them with their situation, market the property to your group of investors that you have networked with from BP and the local REIAs. Thats it. You are ready to become a wholesaler. Go find some deals.

You sound like you are willing to do some work. Do the smart work. YOU make some calls to people or send private messages. I have my email and my cell phone number below and on my profile. Most people say they are willing to get started, but they will not pick up the phone and make a cold call. It is really not even a cold call; we are all here on BP to help each other. Good Luck!!!
