- Many times, early in the process, CUSTOMIZATION - choose options for things like flooring, crown molding, built-in low-voltage wiring for entertainment and internet, etc...Opportunities to inspect several times during the process, during and after the building process.

There are a few Netflix shows that are full of information and are entertaining about owning and running a short term rental property, Like "Cash Pad" and  "Instant Hotel" that takes place in Australia.

I'm watching the playoff games today, and it seems every few minutes there's a VRBO commercial....They aren't mentioning AirBnB by name but they show a couple staying in a trailer where nothing works and then a couple staying in a really nice house with an outdoor rain shower, BBQ, pool , etc.....And the wording underneath says - 'Private Residence'.

Have about 100,000 sq ft all leased up. currently focused on industrial outdoor storage
