Outdoor Storage Lease.

Hey Everyone!

I have an outdoor storage facility that we are getting ready to offer outside storage on.  Does anyone have a template lease or an attorney that has a lease that I could purchase, that would outline the basics of outside storage: No living in any campers/boats on the property, not responsible for any damage caused on our property etc?
