Best multi-family locations Eastern MA

Greetings,

I am fairly new the real estate world and am looking to invest in multi-family. Specifically, I am looking for a multi-family home with 3-4 units in the eastern part of the state. Worcester is as far as my search has gone. I have been looking into certain towns like Attleboro, Stoughton, Canton, Bridgewater, Worcester, Brockton. I am here to ask for any suggestions on other locations/towns to add to my list while searching.
