I totally agree with you @Thomas Culbreath, I'm @ my 9 to 5 now reading and reading, but I know going out in the field will be the big move.

Good faith means dealing honestly, disclosing material facts so that a buyer and seller have somewhat of an even playing field, where one party does not have an unfair advantage over the other. 

Currently work as a medical device consultant, but would like to make real estate investing my full time career (sooner then later).

Some of figuring out your niche is learning what you don't want to do, and it was both general and specific to various paths in the field.
