Is the unit rented at market rate? 

I'm also open to buying here as it seems to be a good rental market. 

Marketing, management, deal underwriting are all very different.

Cleveland can be a tricky market because you can be in a good zip code but in a bad neighborhood. 

In recent years, we've often heard predictions about a housing market crash.

I live in Belguim so markets are very different here.

Waukegan is a town you do not have to rent section 8, lots of great market renters, and the naval base is a great source of clients.
