Looking for Jacksonville Fl. contacts?

It looks like I might be moving to Jacksonville Fl. If I do, its going to happen within 30 days or so. I’d like to find a place to house-hack/live-in burrrr, but I know nothing about Jacksonville. I was thinking I’d start out by renting a room somewhere until I can figure out where I want to be.

In the meantime, however, I’m looking for realtors, lenders that knows rehab loans and wholesalers.

If you know anyone that might be able to help me out or would like to share some wisdom with me regarding Jacksonville, I would appreciate it greatly.

I'm currently in California but I plan on traveling to Florida sometime in the next week or so to check things out. I think I saw that the Jacksonville REIA is meeting on the 16th. Is that true? If so, I’ll try to drop in.
