Hi Michele - a few years after buying a small multifamily building I discovered that one of the tenants brought in bedbugs.

I was horrified to discover how easy it was to pop the tiles up. 

I say this to crystallize my goals, but I have ZERO real estate experience, having just discovered the business two weeks ago through reading a couple of Rich Dad books.I graduated from the University of Florida with my bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, and have secured my dream job with XTO Energy in Forth Worth, TX.

I have already discovered 2 local club/group events that I plan on attending.

For a few years now I have been educating myself in business and real estate, but only recently discovered the site.

Your service will be so good that HE might start calling YOU for deals for fear that your outstanding service had been discovered by another reliable buyer.
