Hello All!,

My name is Jeff and I've been a lurker here for a few months but, now that I may have found my first deal, I felt it was time to introduce myself.

Im a newbie in REI but I've devoured tons of information from this site as well as the internet and a few live seminars.

My goals are to meet other investors, brokers, RE Agents, and anyone in the Raleigh Durham Chapel Hil area interested in REI. My real estate goals are wholesaling and rehabbing.

Obviously, Im part-time right now but I will be full time ASAP!
