I currently wholesale but over the past few months I was told to get licensed as a realtor.

My hubby is on board with me taking the classes and getting my license. 

(I'm licensed so have MLS access).Pretty easy stuff to do in the 'burbs.If I'm in a city or near water, I definitely ask local agents.

During this updating process, I have remembered how much I love the coordinating of deals and overall general feel of RE ... so I am scheduling my classes to earn my license here in Texas to resume my former practice,  continue as a rehabber, and prepare for a future as a multi-family property owner. 

Saying "me and my partner" is scary, that is usually one guy with money and the other acting as a broker without a license. 

I recently earned a FL Real Estate license and am now working as an agent. 

I am a licensed managing broker and primarily only work with investors(foreign and domestic).

Once I finish the book I'm going to get my real estate license; however, I plan on starting my first flip before I have my license.A little background about me.

I'm prospecting in the Gwinnett area - getting my RE license next month and looking for investors & builders to work with; I'll keep you in mind.
