Purchase Notes

So my partner and I are looking to dive into notes and looking for more companies like National Note Group to buy notes from. I have heard there are between 10-12 reliable companies that sell singles and pools of notes, but note sure what the companies are. Can anyone give some direction?

Thank you all

I think it is important to specify which of the two types of notes you are looking for; Non-performing or Performing.  These are VERY different and require a very different approach and skill level.

I've worked with providing only Performing Notes for the past six years and those that buy these notes are completely passive, besides watching their monthly deposits happen and receiving their 1099s each year.

Non-performing notes are on the OPPOSITE side of the Active - Passive spectrum requiring several people to assist you, costs to evict or perfect, and servicing of owner occupied homes, many times, with required disclosures.  There is MUCH more to it than that, of course.  Non-performing notes can create huge returns and also huge losses.

Performing notes typically are very stable, at least the way I do them they have been incredibly stable for note buyers.
