Some make it the kids room.We looked at what it would take to add another bathroom near the laundry room, but never got around to it.

Our local military population is mostly National Guard, but last month I took the kids to an event put on by the FRG that was co-sponsored by a mortgage company that handed out goodie bags (coloring pages, candy, logo pens and travel mugs) to all the parents and kids with a flyer and business card explaining VA loans, eligibility, costs, etc.

or whatever - the two sides of the coin should be merged , obviously "how many units" you want in xyz years is part of the business plan but when your weighing the costs to your personal life having the "reason" tied up right along side it is going to be golden for getting you through , so as an example - say you're coming up on the deadline in 6 months and you're 20% short - well if the focus was just on # of units you could just make some excuses and continue on as you were but if you also had, in writing the commitment to yourself that you needed those units to fund your kids college or something it puts that extra fire under you to take a closer look at whatever budget you've made and how much youre sticking to it - or hustle some overtime and start networking one more night a week or whatever.Sorry if that was a little ranty :)

I'm talking we moved two adults and two kids into a 2 bed 1 bath 900sqft home. 

Would there be more upkeeping to do on a university property because these are college kids?

-I don’t know how to say It b/c trying new creative financing methods inherently means taking a risk -- but it’s important to do your homework and weigh all of the options when it comes to financing.

I currently own a 2 unit building and share 50% custody of two young kids, work a professional job, in addition to being a landlord.

Hi sarah, while i do not have it in my rentals at the moment i plan to in the future, i have it currently in 4 rooms and the hallway of my current home, with 2 dogs, 2 kids and myself it has not faltered in 5 yrs so far, i believe if installed correctly it would knock out the price of floor fixes drastically, waterproof, scuff/scratch resistant/ appealing to the eye and affordable. love it. and like i said when i need to replace floors in my units it will definitely be going in !
