Action Steps

So we took our first real active step.  We sold our spacious home in the nice neighborhood and moved into a much smaller and cost effective home in a great location.  I'm talking we moved two adults and two kids into a 2 bed 1 bath 900sqft home.  We had been living in 2000 sqft.  We were saving well in the first home but we thought hell we will downsize into a house that we want to eventually rent and at the same time save gobs of money to throw at the next investment.  The point I am making is that we are kind of all in.  We took active steps toward meeting our goals.  Now we have a year of saving and learning.  Don't call us crazy..... we are driven and willing to make sacrifices to achieve success.  We love this site and are soaking it all in.  Thank you.
