There are a lot of options floating around, and I'm happy to introduce you to a solid VA lender or agent in SD as well if you'd like. 

It was on the market for a while; finally we were introduced to a property manager and they've done a great job getting tenants and managing the property.I'd like to build wealth through passive income and I'm now teaching my kids these concepts that I wasn't taught.

The property manager said they finally communicated with him once a few days ago and he was scheduled to go to the house, introduce himself, and make a quick inspection of the property.

I definitely plan to buy a property or two or five this year.I wanted to introduce myself as I just recently joined BP.

A great way to get introduced to investing, and also decrease your living cost so you can save more capital for future investments, is house hacking!
