New Investor in Atlanta & Beyond

Happy Monday BP Community! I am new investor currently in the knowledge phase of my RE investing career. However, I do have a rental property that used to be my primary residence. I am trying to soak up as much information as possible from books to podcasts & everything in between. I definitely plan to buy a property or two or five this year.

I wanted to introduce myself as I just recently joined BP. I currently reside in Atlanta, but always up for making connections with like-minded individuals no matter where you are geographically.

I have a background in construction project management with experience in all 3 sectors: residential, multifamily, & commercial. I have kind of always been around real estate. It is my passion & I am now taking the steps to realize the full potential of that passion by becoming a RE investor.
