In this current environment you want to get get T-12, T-3, and T-last week.

I love what you are doing teaching them and giving them honest experiences in a safe environment keep up the good work.

But for most ppl, its just a life-sucker that only is an incredible source of stress.

And if they're getting nervous about lending in an investor heavy environment then this is exactly what they'll do. 

Like many others here, I love real estate and the incredible individuals it brings together.

This divergence looks to be an ongoing trend, as builders respond to a shift in consumer preferences for more space in less dense environments due to the pandemic.

I have an incredibly stressful job as a professor, commute 2 hours per day, homeschool my 9th grader (she’s pretty self-sufficient) and own and self-manage 13 units and about to grow to 50 units…and quit my day job finally…yes it is hard work (and my husband is definitely neglected but he has a $3M net worth now so…) you can do it!! 

How is everyone approaching buying new properties/filling those properties in the current environment of rising unemployment and eviction suspensions?

Most other neighborhoods, it seems, are plagued with vacant storefronts, for-sale commercial spaces, and incredible amounts of litter and vandalism.
