In my observation the biggest fear of new landlords is vacancy, but it is also the most irrational fear.

The man really does think a step ahead when a majority of others are in the fear, uncertainty, and doubtful mindset.

The vacancy fear part of my brain wouldn't want to overly burden a new tenant at a time like this.
