Now What?! What should my next step be?!

Posted

Hey BPers-

I'll get straight to it! I'm hoping someone has been in my situation and can shed some light and perhaps this post helps others in the same scenario.

I have done a good amount of reading and learning through BP forums, BP youtube videos, online research, etc. to educate myself and learn as much as possible about real estate investing.  From other threads and @Brandon Turner's advice, my next step was to analyze properties on paper.  I am starting to feel pretty comfortable with this and now I want to keep moving forward, but I am not sure what my next step needs to be.  I feel like I can continue learning because there is so much information to learn.  The learning never stops, but I would love to know what other experienced investors would recommend.

Due to having a full time job currently, my strategy is long term buy and hold rentals (SF and/or small multifamily).

I would love to get some feedback so that I can keep moving forward and not let analysis paralysis or fear of action keep me stagnant.

Thanks in advance!

-Ignacio (Greenville, SC)
