On paper you can convince yourself it is a good plan but in reality it is always, always, 100% of the time, better to have your residence paid for and thoroughly protected.Generational wealth can only be sustained with a solid, debt free, asset basis.

Regardless of the direction taken here, this is a small time operation, you don't have a $100 million syndicator here, so your approach will, eventually be on a one to one basis.

I've been monitoring this space for a while and I see new real-estate portals pop up every day-- most unaware of the big, BIG registration fees.Regardless, I think there will certainly be a Kickstarter of Real Estate where group funded (crowdbuilding some call it) real estate projects should find easy, or at least, relative funding to its location.

I can't imagine being a good agent or investor and not being available for 8 hours everyday...
