While I’m not looking at doing so, I absolutely don’t want them stuck without heat, so I’ve purchased them 4 good space heaters which should sufficiently warm the home until my HVAC guy can get the install done.My tenants are wanting the problem remedied as soon as possible, but the replacement may not be done for a week and a half or two weeks.

An electric space heater is fine for warming your feet when you're on the couch, but they get very expensive to run when you're talking about heating an entire room or section of a home.

However during a recent trip to Australia we experienced a gas water heating unit that also required coins for the wash that needs hot/warm water.Now if only we could get water meters that required a monthly credit card swipe for the tenants water supply:)
