Is there some reason not to just schedule the lease signing as soon as possible, even if the move in date isn't for a week or two?

Hello fellow BP's I really need some advice in regard to possible real estate deal which consist of 3 structures on 1 parcel.

I am in Statesville and am looking to develop great relationships with fellow investors also!!!

i just received this "potential lead" minutes ago  ( Providence, Rhode Island), its a 2 building property, one unit is a 3 family and the other one, one family, he tells me that in the 1 family we cannot go in an see because he has a tenant under section 8 and is going thru the eviction with the court. the other 3 unit house is vacant due to renovation he was working on it and seems to stop. told me hes not desperate to sell bu, but i know my fellow Dominicans lol, hes a avoiding a low blow from me on the price.im looking to see if i should wholesale this to a landlord, seller finance (he owns free and clear) or hard money lending so i can fix and hold. wow!

I will be making calls this afternoon as to when would be a good time/date to meet. 

Having said that, I think as a second set of eyes on a deal and having a realtor or a fellow investor take a look at it especially if they have expertise Ina particular area would add value to making sure the deal is solid.Feel free to provide additional comments.

@Charles Jessup  its probably after your drop dead time.. but make sure your contract does not have a end date and if you have to redo the 3 day your not out of contract and the Seller is miffed and won't close.lots of this going on right now with this 3 day stuff..
