What colors for kitchen and rooms do you guys suggest to use and look wonderful in every flip.

Every time I look, with the three slabs that's of a different color than the rest, I think of the time the town did one over on me.

For a bold effect, go for lively colors( yellows, oranges, lime green, choice of white and black).

See if there has been any fires, or events that might color you purchase choice.My favorite story is a 7,200 sq. foot home appraised at 2.2 million that was listed in the country assessor’s office as 1,800 sq. feet.

Regarding creative mail pieces, think about using a color or design on your envelopes.  

My wife was a great source of help and she picked out the paint colors, tiles, kitchen counter, and many other "things" to make this project look good.
