It sure is interesting, don't know if we will find out any other details.I guess we are just happy our offer was legitimate and accepted.Roller Coaster Ride was no extra charge.But honestly, it makes things difficult if you are doing what you can to obtain housing and your offers aren't properly considered, we had no idea what was going to happen the second time around.

I was hoping to be able to get the seller to pay the closing costs if I paid a little extra for the property. 

@Anastasia WardOnce sellers start getting the idea that you can AFFORD $200k, they will hound you (charmingly and sweetly), until they relieve you of all that cash that's burning a hole in your pocket!

That amount should be enough to pay first months deposit on a new place, some money for moving expenses, and maybe a little extra cuz you're nice.

I'm going to evacuate my rental income after 1 year and see if the extra work is worth the return.
