Get motivated sellers at the court house

Hi,

I read  that one place to find motivated sellers is the court house... finding burnout landlord at the court house when they do the evictions.

Does anyone have experience with that?

If so... can you share what you did, how you did it and what type of results you got?

thank you,

Paolo
