What corporate service company have you used that can form the entity, perform registered agent and registered office service?

I'm Jason and I am a brand new investor in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. 

I am a property manager and I want to choose a vinyl flooring brand and stick with it so I can go back and find more product  that will work with my leftovers.

As you've seen, it's very easy to make poorly performing apartment complexes look good by just plugging in assumptions, but once you own the place, you'll realize that things like 5% maint, 5% capex, and 8% vacancy are numbers you could only dream of. 

Even if a vendor has performed poorly in the past and cut corners, would they share that information with a prospective client?

I self manage and self perform most maintenance requests.

Even brand new homes do not (usually)..So you would have to demo the garage and slab and start over.

The parts I needed for my commercial oven were discontinued so I had to adapt similar parts from other brands to make it work.

I am brand new to BiggerPockets so any advice or tips on this situation would be helpful.
