With no reviews and brand new to market, things could be slow.

I am closing on a 2 bedroom condo next week, but need to renovate it (new flooring throughout, brand new kitchen and applicances, repaint), which could take ~6-10 weeks. 

That is for a 3 BR and 1.5 BT that sleeps 11 by SEA airport. 

For example, if there a sewer clog, do they call one of the big brand plumbing companies and then charge you a 10% service surcharge?

It looks like a money pit to bring them back to life, and the average income in Oak Cliff is a paltry 45k a year, so you'll be hard pressed to ask for $1700 a month (I noticed they just built tons - and are building tons more - brand new apartments left and right which I would think would depress the rent market for the older surrounding busted up homes).  

Soak everything in like it's a brand new adventure and the world is at your fingertips.

I am brand new to the area so I'll be looking for real estate agents experienced in rehabbed rental properties, mortgage brokers, contractors the whole bit. 

Why so much new construction (central Greenwich) isn't SFH.I guess it depends on your target audience.
