I read everywhere abt attending REI Clubs but have no luck finding.

@Rikesh Zala, I find the best way to locate an investment property is to connect to other local investors by attending groups such as REIA of which they might have properties in which they want to sell.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info.

Hey everyone,I'm a recent college grad and I am in the very beginning stages of planning my life in REI.

I attend  a seminar on investing to learn the real estate jargon, however they wanted 25k just  to show me the ropes.

I recently attended a Than Merrill Real Estate Investment seminar and this was mentioned.

Should I invest in Houston (hometown) or College Station?

@James HutsonThey have signs all over metro Atlanta.I think you would have better luck attending an Amway meeting than working with this type of operator.Let us know what happens.
