New BP newbie to real state.

Hi my name is Guy I live in south Florida. I find PB in YouTube great in info I love the site and podcast. I'm looking to get a duplex or triplex owner occupied on a fha loan. Any help on how do I go about getting that loan would be great. And also should I use a mortgage broker or a bank and I'm also a member of American airline credit union. Thanks.
