If you don't have a lender yet and you need one, line that up as well, preferably somebody who can move quickly and give you a loan terms sheet on a property in a timely manner.It could be argued that this is an odd time to flip a house but conversely, not a lot of people have rehabs going right now, so if you get started and finish when things start returning to normal you will be one of the only available options.

Hi EveryoneI just finished reading “The Flipping Blueprint” by Luke Weber and am more motivated than ever before to start my real estate investment journey.

Without knowing much about real estate ( just finished the beginners course) would it be wise to jump on another property too fast?

I plan to consult an architect on whether we have space to add stairs and finish the attic, but not sure how that will shake out.
