The more I have learned the more the more exciting it has become to get involved.I have narrowed my search to apartment investments in Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Bakersfield CA and Las Vegas. 

But if your looking for appreciation,cites in  ct don't really have  those big market fluctuations like a Phoenix or Las Vegas.

I went to one of those seminars where the get you in there and sell you all kinds of coaching programs for enormous amounts of money. 

Also Redfin at least in Las Vegas  changed their policy.
