Hello all,

I am excited to be part of this growing community.  I have been listening to the podcasts for months and finally joined the forums.  I am in Management for a communications company and have been in a leadership roll for 15 years.  I have always been intrigued with real estate but never thought of diving into it until the last couple of years.  The more I have learned the more the more exciting it has become to get involved.

I have narrowed my search to apartment investments in Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Bakersfield CA and Las Vegas.  However, mobile home investing still intrigues me.

I am looking to meet like minded individuals who are looking at getting involved in these projects.  I am also looking to network and make connections throughout the industry.
