Hello,

I am Akiesha Foster. I am new to the real estate investing community. I am currently attending Real Estate Training to be an Agent. My goal is to work for Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland.

I decided it was best for me to leave full-time Military Service and go part-time. I am in the US Army Reserve, as a Contract specialist.

I have always desired to be a full-time Entrepreneur, so I choose to go Part-time to the Reserves. Choosing to be a real estate investor was one of the best decision for my family and I. 

I hope to build successful partnerships in the Bigger Pockets community. I am so glad I found this site. I went to one of those seminars where the get you in there and sell you all kinds of coaching programs for enormous amounts of money. But I didn't give up I kept looking and found on Youtube Affordable Real Estate Investing by Lisa Phillips and I love her channel. She lead me here to Bigger Pockets, for which I am forever grateful.
