Hi,Does anyone know of any established groups in the Jersey Shore that meet regularly?

Obviously a property that is not producing much in net income will be worth a lot more when it is turned around.You have to understand the local market to know if you can fix the situation of if the problem is more structural (location, physical structure, functional obsolesce, supply vs. demand imbalance that is not temporary).A change of use can sometimes be the best way to make a large difference.

Some good news for investors from Bedford Housing & Building Dept.The city has a temporary hold on point of sale requirements.

We've not had a mortgage for the last few months as we are in a temporary rental until our primary house is finished, which should be in about 2 weeks. 

I have started here on the South Shore, but interested in meeting people in Central MA and Worcester as well.

I have come to the same conclusion as @Thomas S. which is that any help is temporary because it doesn't fix the cause of the problem.The worst part of this Durham program is giving them access to legal assistance.

We definitely see what is happening here on the north shore.

Is it Covid related and temporary?

I currently have an income property in Indiana, and looking to purchase in the Gulf Shores, AL area in late 2019/early 2020.I’m here to learn everything I can in the mean time....I'd be open to any advice from or connections with local investors/mentors...Thanks in advance...
