I'm an airline pilot living in Fairhope, AL. I currently have an income property in Indiana, and looking to purchase in the Gulf Shores, AL area in late 2019/early 2020.

I’m here to learn everything I can in the mean time....

I'd be open to any advice from or connections with local investors/mentors...
