Checking to make sure the work is getting done and giving me pictures of progress, making suggestions about the rehab, following up with the contractor, and basically being the ahole that I can't or dont want to be since I'm so far away from the actual work.

By personal wellbeing i mean, for me: physical exercise, meditation, education, family time.In addition to that, i writ down my weekly task every Sunday and build on that as the days progress, while crossing out each task that is completed.

There are follow up concepts and novelties that would be good to discuss with you as well however the first step is to do multiple of these calculations with whatever decisions you have at hand (and it'd be most relevant to think about this AFTER you've reached your intended 'steady state' of financing activity).
