Modular Homes are of the same quality - built indoors - only in sections.

Maybe this sounds harsh on my end, but I only use the guys who depend on me to keep their lights on, keep food on their table, and fund their kids college education funds.Where is your guy's motivation if he has a day job is that is doing all of the above?

However, I rarely shop at Lowes unless it is for appliances or lighting.

PAved areas in good shape, cracks caulked or filled (pervents further freezing damage), security check of locks and exterior lights, timers working.

I'd add to get samples from reds and greens and match those against the siding and trim in a full sun or best light you can and see what is most appealing, to you and inline with the area.

-Offer free light bulb changes for hard to reach light fixtures.

Likewise if the H2O heater is more than 8-10 years old.You also don't mention replacing any light fixtures, plumbing fixtures or cabinets.
